Harbour Club in Miami Beach is launching its latest culinary concept Tuesday, November 10, marking another shift for the private members' club. The restaurant, which opened in 2024, is replacing its previous Mediterranean concept with a new menu led by two distinct chefs.

Antonio Bachour will manage breakfast and lunch service. The chef earned the title of the world's best pastry chef in 2018 and 2022 through The Best Chef Awards. He is known for visually complex desserts and already operates the restaurant Bachour in South Florida. His arrival adds a recognized name to the club's growing list of culinary partners.

Executive chef Bogdan Danila will take charge of dinner service. This division of labor follows a change in management that occurred nine months ago. Frankie Santos and Luis Simoes, both hospitality veterans, now own the establishment. They have guided the venue through several menu changes since their acquisition.

The club has cycled through different food concepts since its debut. It originally featured Mediterranean restaurant A'Riva in the main dining space. Earlier this year, the venue partnered with Caracas Bakery, which received a James Beard Award nomination. Now, the main dining area, formerly A'Riva, will house The Restaurant at Harbour Club.

Dinner service starts on the first Tuesday of the month. The transition reflects the current owners' strategy to diversify the culinary offerings at the facility. The change follows the club's second anniversary celebration this year.
